These terms apply when you use our website or request a cleaning service from Unique Cleaning Services ("UCS," "we," "us").

Our Services

We provide residential and commercial cleaning services in Renton, WA and the Greater Seattle area, including standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and post-construction cleanup. Instant quotes on our website are estimates. Final pricing is confirmed by Santiago based on the actual condition and size of the space.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel a cleaning. Repeated late cancellations may affect future scheduling.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with a cleaning, contact us and we'll re-clean the area within 24 hours, no questions asked.

Text Messaging Program

Unique Cleaning Services offers an SMS text messaging program to customers who opt in through our website. There are two types of messages you may receive, and you can opt in to either or both separately:

• Transactional messages: quote confirmations, appointment reminders, and service updates related to a cleaning you've requested or scheduled.
• Marketing messages: special offers, seasonal promotions, and other promotional communications.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or reply HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to our text messaging program.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Wireless carriers are not responsible for the content of our messages and are not liable for any delays or failures in message delivery.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
